ชื่องานวิจัย : การศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารเพื่อเสริมสร้างความผาสุกในโรงเรียน ประเภทวิจัย : วิจัยองค์ความรู้ ปีงบประมาณ : 2559 ประเภททุน : ทุนภายใน แหล่งทุน : คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏลำปาง งบประมาณ : 40,000.00 บาท เลขที่สัญญาทุน : 003/2559 สถานะ : ส่งเล่มสมบูรณ์ หัวหน้าวิจัย : ดวงพร อุ่นจิตต์ สังกัด : สาขาวิชาการบริหารการศึกษา ข้อมูลติดต่อ :      ผู้ร่วมวิจัย : บทคัดย่อ : การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารเพื่อเสริมสร้างความผาสุกในโรงเรียน 2) นำเสนอแนวทางการบริหารเพื่อเสริมสร้างความผาสุกในโรงเรียน โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล มีผู้ให้ข้อมูลจำนวน 452 คน ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอน นักเรียนและผู้ปกครอง จากโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยาย และคำนวนค่าความต้องการจำเป็น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารเพื่อเสริมสร้างความผาสุกในโรงเรียนโดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากและระดับมากที่สุด 2) แนวทางการบริหารเพื่อเสริมสร้างความผาสุกในโรงเรียน พบว่า 2.1) การบริหารวิชาการควรส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนการสอนเพื่อให้นักเรียนมีความสนุกสนานและประสบความสำเร็จทางการศึกษา 2.2) การบริหารงบประมาณควรมีการสำรวจและจัดสรรงบประมาณให้ตรงกับความต้องการ 2.3) การบริหารงานบุคคลควรสนับสนุนการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีระหว่างครูผู้สอนและนักเรียนเพื่อให้มีบรรยากาศที่อบอุ่นในโรงเรียน 2.4) การบริหารทั่วไปควรเน้นด้านการสำรวจตรวจสอบสภาพอาคารสถานที่ และอุปกรณ์ทางการศึกษาเพื่อความปลอดภัยในการใช้งาน คำสำคัญ: แนวทางการบริหารโรงเรียน / ความผาสุกในโรงเรียน The purposes of this research were 1) to study the current and desirable status of management for enhancing well-being in schools and 2) to propose for management guidelines to enhance well-being in schools. The methodology used is a descriptive research. The data were collected from 452 respondents, including administrators, teachers, students and parents from Lampang primary educational service area office. The collected data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, and the formula of PNI modified was also used to find the priority need index level. The questionnaires were used as the research instruments in this study. The findings revealed that: 1) the overall views of current status of management to enhance well-being in schools are high and that of the desirable one is in the highest level. 2) The management guidelines to enhance well-being in schools are 2.1) Academic administration should promote learning for happy and enjoyable instruction to their school’s achievement., 2.2) Budget management should be determined based on the needs of the school and appropriately funded., 2.3) Human resource should support the good relationships between teachers and students to create comfortable environment school., and 2.4) General administration should focus on the survey of building condition for safety.
